I love an miss you so very much.
I have just returned from a four day 3 night holiday with the family in Christchurch. We all stayed in a Premier Inn in family rooms. The weather was good, dry and warm and occasionally sunny. We had a fantastic time together. The first holiday together for 3 years. due to Covid.
We spent our first evening having diner in the attached restaurant and then had a party in my room. The kids had a ball all being together and having fun.
The next day we drove a few miles to a car-park between a beach and a harbour. We spent the morning on the beach. Austyn and Isabelle spent hours in the sea having fun.
There was a chilly wind but the kids enjoyed themselves. All the kids paddles in the sea and played on the beach. Darren built a mermaid tail around Violet. Then we went to a cafe for lunch and then I bought the kids all crab lines and buckets. We were crabbing for hours. They loved it but we did not have any success until Lindsay and Kelly chatted up some bloke who gave them his net when leaving. Then we managed to get a few crabs and shrimps. then we went back to the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant again. Followed by another party in my room,. When Darren and I went down to reception to book our breakfast there were a couple of people complaining about the noise in my room, so we went back and everyone went to bed. When the guy on reception came to check it was silent and everyone was back in their own rooms.
The next day we went for a 20 minute walk to a park. There were lots of interesting thing for the kids to play and climb on. This was opposite a fairground. Then a short walk further on we came to a lake . This was fantastic. There was a water park for the kids. Lots of swans and duck. Boats and there was even a huge tv screen showing finding Nemo. The kids feed the swans, had a pick-nick then we went to visit the huge church. Austyn was feeling unwell so Kelly took him back to the hotel and the rest of us went to the water park. Again the kids had a great time. Then we returned to the hotel and had dinner and decided to have a Chinese take-away in my room. Austyn had recovered and we had great party again.
On our last day we went to the fair. I was amazed at how big it was and there were lots of rides I had never seen before. Some were to high and scary that it made me feel ill just to watch them. Everyone had a great time and I think the adults enjoyed it as much as the kids. Both families spent and absolute fortune there. Sienna was very timid and did not go one much but Genevieve loved it and went on lots of rides. We spent a good three hours there. Then we walked back to the hotel and came home. It was a lovely time spent with the family relaxing and enjoying each others company. I do hope you were there with us. I thought of you all the time and it goes without saying that I could not sleep much without you. I did take you with me as I always take you to bed with me every night and wrap my arms around you and talk to you.
Now I am back home I feel very restless again. I hate being on my own. It was so nice to be with our boys again and seeing them happy and laughing. But is is just not the same without you. Thank you for making sure Di was well cared for with Carol and Rick. She seems happy enough. She slept most of yesterday and did not eat or drink much but she is better today. She has spent most of the day in the garden chewing a bone or sleeping.
The weather is at last warm and sunny. I was a bit peeved that the solar panels did not switch on while I was away. This had cost us about £30 in lost revenue. We seems to be having a lot less energy produced this year. I think partly because of the weather but also because we have one panel down and they do not come on by themselves very often.
I hope all is well wih you and that you hare having a great new life. I have seen your butterfly a few times last week. I hope you did not miss me while I was away. I had been waiting for you today but not seen you yet.
I will write again soon. Hoping to see you again in my dreams soon. Thank you for coming last week and surprising me . I long to see you in my dreams. Please can we make mad passionate love again soon. I want to feel you in my arms, kiss you all over and make mad passionate love again.
