I love and miss you so very much.
I thought I would update you on recent events.
I got new taps for the kitchen as ours were leaking and i had to turn the water off. I managed to get almost identical ones and Geoff kindly fitted them for me. Unfortunately he has connected them the wrong way around. I have not seen him since to tell him and hope that he will put them right for me. Please can you arrange for me to see him and get him to agree to fix it for me.
I hope you were able to come to the Mecca on Saturday to watch the Rock Choir show. It was epic. Darren and Jamie were
a major part of the show. They were doing an 8 minute set for the opening of the show whilst the choir ensembled on stage. There were hundred of us and I was in the front row as being one of the shortest people there. They opened with Eye of the Tiger and few other songs, it was incredible. They also played another 8 minute set for the second half of he show with another set of film numbers which was fantastic. They had as spot of their own when they played an 80's medley including Sledge Hammer, The Final Countdown and Thriller. They were phenomenal and they brought the house down. They also played on three of our acoustic numbers and 8 of our rock songs. The show was amazing. There was also another choir which sang songs from musicals and they were utterly amazing. It was and incredible night and I hope you were there to see us. It was our choir leaders last show as she is moving so I doubt it will ever happen again. It was a very emotional experience for us as it is probably the only time I will ever be onstage with our two sons. We were all thinking of you all night and hoped you were watching with pride.
Sunday was fathers day and I was thinking of you all day . Jamie called in and brought you a fathers day card and he also brought a poster of the show which his girls are all in at the Wyvern next month . It is about their Hero's and Sienna has written about you and drawn you picture. Darren posted several picture of you and with our family on Facebook. He added a message about how proud he is if you, and how much he misses you. Several people responded and wrote about how fantastic a person you were and how much they all miss you. You truly were an exceptional person to so very many people and you are admired and missed by so many people as you touched so many peoples lives.
I have seen you butterfly a few times recently and am so proud that you have come back to me. Please come again soon, you make me so happy that you love me enough to visit me and spend quality time with me.
Di is struggling at the moment . It is vey hot and her bad leg sometimes will not support her . She is also incredible thin and she sleeps most of the time. However she is nearly 15 year old.
The solar panels are playing up again. They have stopped coming on automatically again. I think it might have something to do with the pigeons. I am hoping and praying that is will right itself soon. I might need you divine intervention again. to solve the problem.
I don't have much more news at the moment but I will write again soon,
