3rd June 2017
Hi Gerry. Darren is 40 today and i have spend all day remembering the day he was born. It was a tense and exciting time. The day was very eventful and you were amazing. You kept me going and cared for me all day from 6am. Darren was born at 6pm. You were so proud and ecstatically happy. Darren was so small and were the proudest parents ever. After the long day you went to Chiseldon British Legion to meet my Mum and Dad to wet the babys head. Then you somehow found yourself sitting in the Riflemans eating a steak to celebrate. You said you did not know how you got there. You were on such a high as well as being exhausted that you did not know why you were there. You became an unsurpassable father and family man. I wish with all my heart that you were here today. If anyone deserved to be here it is you. We all missed you and hope you are looking down on us and able to participate in all we do. I hope you are feeling immensely proud of all you achieved in life and the wonderfully talented and close family that you created. We hope you are happy and free now. Able to go where you please whenever you please and do whatever you please. We hope you are loved, have lots of friends lovers and musicians to enjoy yourself with. Cant wait to be with you again. Missing you with all my heart and soul. My body aches for you. All my love forever and always Maggie XxX
