Happy Father’s Day Gerry. I wish with all my heart, body and soul that you were here today. I have been thinking of you all day as I do every day. I love and miss you so very much. You should be still here. You deserve to be here. You were the most wonderful person in the world. Such a kind, helpful; and loving person with so many talents. Darren has posted several messages about you on Facebook. Including the last drum solo you ever performed. It made me cry watching you. You were so talented, and happy. He also posted a picture of you on Father’s Day in 2012. We were having our Father’s Day meal I think it was at the Bayberry. You were sat behind and in-between Darren and Jamie and they both had their kids on their laps, Austyn and Isabelle. It was so nice to see you so happy and enjoying yourself. As cheeky and playful as ever. Darren also posted a loving message and tribute to you which prompted a lot of comments from people who knew and loved you. On Friday I went to Darren’s for a B-B Q. This was because today, Father’s Day is such a lousy day, with winds and occasional showers. It was a very enjoyable evening. Last night I went to the Wyvern theatre to watch a film made by the Revolutionary Arts School. It was a film made up of several performances over the year. It was a truly wonder film. You would have been so very proud of Isabelle, Sienna and Genevieve. They excelled in their performances. Isabell was in several performances. She sang I had a dream and some Abba songs with 2 other much older girls. Her voice is very powerful, and she never gets nervous. The head of the school spoke to her after the film and said she was now ready to go up to the next level. All the girls looked beautiful, dressed up with their hair done and jewellery. Jamie looked exceedingly smart in a black shirt, tie and black waistcoat. John was there to in his black dinner suit. I did not know you were supposed to dress up otherwise I would have worn one of my nice dressed you bought me and lots of sparkly jewellery. Jamie has just returned successfully from his trip to America In Los Angeles for the NAMM show and then to do his filming in Hollywood. He had a wonderful time and has lots of exotic and extremely expensive meals. One of the meals for 15 people came to over $6,000. Then he went to Germany for 3 days to do some filming. Again, he was treated to lots of expensive meals. Thank you for bringing him home safe. Darren did a private gig last night in an airfield. It was for a pilot. I have not seen him yet, but he posted on Facebook that it was a wonderful event. All the guests were pilots, there was a hog roast and an acoustic guitarist and a disco. There was plenty of free flowing alcohol and food, The host and pilot did an air display with coloured flared and fireworks. I don’t have much more news now. Di is ok, she is not eating much and is very quiet and sleepy. I have not seen your butterfly yet this year, and I am very anxious that you have left me. Please come back to me. I need to see you and know that you are alright. I need to be able to see you and be close to you so that we can radiate and transmit our love for and to each other. Jamie has just been to visit, he brought you a card and to remember and honour you. The cards read: To an Amazing DAD When I was little you put me on your shoulders to give me a better view of the world. You helped me to see things that I wouldn’t have been able to see on my own. I’ve always had everything I could ever need, because I’ve had you for my DAD. Happy Father’s Day Thank you for being the most wonderful, inspirational and considerate DAD in the world. I love you with all of my heart. Jamie XxX Until we meet again, please always remember that I always have and always will love you forever and always. I can’t wait to be in your loving arms again. Until we met again. All my love forever and always. Maggie XxX
