Hi Gerry, I love you with all my heart, body and soul that you were here, I am missing you like crazy. I thought I would tell you about yesterday Jamie’s 40th birthday. I was remembering the day he was born and all the events of the day. I had to get you out of your course in The Royal Oak in Old Town. You were running a health and safety course there. Then you collected me and Darren took me to the RAF Princess Alexander hospital. Took Darren to Mum and Dad’s in Chiseldon, before coming back to the hospital. You were not allowed in to be for the birth as it was a vontous delivery. I remember the tears in your eyes when you came and saw Jamie and how happy you were. It was a marvellous moment. We went to the new restaurant in Whichelstow, Hall and Woodhouse. Lindsay had booked the canal boat for the meal. Darren, Austyn, Violet, John and I went along with Jamie Lindsay, Isabelle, Sienna. Genevieve, and Daniel. We all had a lovely meal and lots of fun together. We gave Jamie a poster of a newspaper of the day he was born, another poster of all the world events of that day. A personalised wall clock with his graduation picture with you and me. It was done in the design of your snare drum and had your signature and mine on it. We also gave him a one-hour microlight flight. I know how much you loved them, and I thought he might enjoy the experience as much. He also t a few pounds in his bank account. You would have enjoyed it very much and I hope you were there with us all. There is nothing else happening at the moment. It is still raining witch it had done every day all day since October. I will try and find a dry moment to take Di out for her walk. After the party on Saturday the lads all went to the Khyber for a curry and beer until 3 am. Then they all had breakfast together in the morning before all going their separate ways. Very reminiscent of many a beer and curry night you enjoyed with them all. I do hope you were there for the evening. Until we meet again please always remember that I always have and always will love you with all my heart. I can’t wait to be in your arms again. Be Happy-loved and Free. All my love forever and always, Maggie XxX
