It was Mothers day on Sunday and I went to the Windmill with Darren Jamie,Kelly, Austyn and Violet. I had a lovely roast dinner and I was given A bunch of Tulips, mini eggs and a trio of colourful butterflies to put in the porch wall along with cards from Darren and Austyn and Violet. Jamie gave me a lovely card, a bouquet of flowers some chocolate truffles a bottle of wind and some Dove trilobites. How lucky am i.
It was Darren and Kelly's 14th wedding anniversary on Tuesday 29th March. I spent the day reminiscing of their wedding day. We had a wonderful weekend and the wedding was wonderful. I could only stand on the garden path and see them as Darren sadly tested positive for Covid the day before. We gave them a lovely card, a bunch of flowers and £50 for a date night and meal out. They are having it a week Friday and the kids are having a sleep over at ours.
During the evening I went to the Wyvern to see Isabelle singing in her school choir. It was lead by my sister Lynn who is now huge. There were about 10 different school choirs on stage, and it was truly fabulous. Isabelle is a wonderful singer and performer.
Yesterday was of course my 70th Birthday. What a difference from my 60th, when you sprung me a surprise party at the Oriental Aroma in Wootten Bassett. I spent the day dreaming of that day. We had hardly any sleep the night before because Lindsay had gone into labour with Isabelle. We awoke to the news that we had a granddaughter. It was a truly magnificent day. We were very excited and after you had spoilt me with lots of flowers and presents we went to the hospital to see her around 2pm. It was lovely to sit and hold her. We came home late afternoon and i said that all i wanted to do was to have a hot bath, and sit and chill with a takeaway meal. I did not feel like going out for a meal. You said that I had to go our for a meal on my 60th birthday and insisted that I had a bath and got all dolled up in my glad rags for a nice meal out. You wanted to spoil me. i reluctantly did this. i remember wearing my best knew outfit that you had bought me in Salisbury at phase eight. It was red and black with a bolero jacket. It was very expensive and glamorous. We went to Bassett and parked in the car-park and went into the Oriental Aroma. When we got inside the restaurant there was a cheer, and you turned to me and said Happy Birthday Darling. I was stunned and shocked. There in front of me was my work friend, my family, your family Barry and Sue and Carol and Rick. I was gobsmacked. How you had organised all that without me having and inkling was beyond me.
It was a truly wonderful experience. The meal was fabulous and I had lots of gifts. We sat at the top table with balloons and glitter. Gerry you gave a wonderful speech, and Carol Bellingham had made me a wonderful belly dancer birthday cake. Jamie arrived after the meal to a rousing round of applause to congratulate him on his baby daughter. Then you gave me my special present . A trip to Switzerland. It was somewhere I had always said I always wanted to go. It was to be a rail and coach experience with the train being glass roofed for better viewing of the mountains and valleys. We were staying in 5 different locations and hotels. I was over the moon. Then Darren and Jamie gave me their present which was tickets to see Phantom of the opera in London. We had the most wonderful and unforgettable day and night. A truly spectacular birthday never to be forgotten. Then we came home and i went over the pub and told of the landlords, as the noise from the pub garden was horrendous. Then we came in and had a nightcap and went to bed and made mad passionate love. Wow!!!!
Yesterday was sadly not in that league. It cannot possible be without you. Darren and Jamie did me proud. We had gone our for our birthday meal a couple of weeks ago. We went to a meat restaurant where you helped yourself to salad and then various meats were brought around and carved in front of you. It was a lovely meal and a great night out. It was very expensive and quite exclusive. Yesterday Darren came and brought me a birthday card and a machine to pump up my car tyres, which I needed as ours does not work anymore. He had to stand outside wearing his mask because of Covid. He did ring me later on a video chat in the mobile phone also so that Austyn, Violet and Kelly could also chat to me. Jamie also rang on his phone with a video chat with him and Isabelle so that we could wish each other a happy birthday. Then Jamie called to see me with a Bailey's birthday cake. It is huge and extremely delicious. He also bough me a bunch of colorful roses, a huge box of Lidt chocolatse and a bottle of champagne and a birthday card. I was truly spoilt.
We have not given Isabelle her present yet , but we will on Sunday. We are celebrating her birthday then by going to play crazy gold and then going to the Windmill for dinner and presents. I have been told that I will get my main present them which is a joint present from Darren and Jamie. I don't know how many more times they can spoil me. We have bought Isabelle a video game she wanted, and a huge chocolate bunny and then I have just put some money in her bank account. You bought me a magnolia tree. I don't know what variety it is, as it did not have a label. It is quite a good size and I think I might leave it in its pot this summer and re-pot it into a much larger pot so that I can keep it watered well during the year, Hopefully it will survive and I can plant it in the garden.I have been looking for one for a while but as yet have not seen a big one. I need to replace the one we bought as it has sadly died. I will still keep trying until i see the right one.
I don't have much more to say at the moment. Covid is still very much with us. I am now the only member of our family who has not had it yet. Hopefully it will stay that way. We have just having a snow storm. The weather last week was amazing and this week it is cold and wintry again. It is supposed to snow again today and tomorrow.
I hope to see you again soon as the Red Admiral Butterfly. I can't wait to see you again and spent quality time together. Being close to each other and seeing each other and radiating and transmitting love, healing, our emotions and loving thoughts to each other. Along with happy thoughts, ideas and memories. We cannot be separated, We are still husband and wife, soulmate, lovers and best friends, We just want to be together forever, (In the garden) which we always said.
I hope all is well with you and you are having the most wonderful life. I cant wait to bee in your loving arms again.
Please always remember that I always have, and always will love you forever and always. Hopefully I will see you in my dreams soon, and make mad passionate love again. Whatever happens i my life will never compare with having you here by my side. I love an miss you with all my heart.
